Air Fryer Pizza Ingredients
To make this personal pizza recipe, you will need the following ingredients (see the recipe card below for exact amounts):
- Premade pizza crust: I used Mama Mary’s ready-to-back pizza crusts
- Olive oil
- Italian seasoning
- Pizza sauce
- Mozzarella cheese
- Your favorite pizza toppings (such as pepperoni, mushrooms, bell peppers, etc.)

How to Make Pizza In an Air Fryer
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
- Place one pizza crust on a flat surface. Lightly brush olive oil on the top side of the crust, including the edges (this will help it crisp up in the air fryer).
- Sprinkle a pinch of Italian seasoning evenly over the oiled side of the crust.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the oiled side of the crust.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, covering the entire surface.
- Add your favorite pizza toppings on top of the cheese such as pepperoni, sausage, olive, ham, pineapple, etc. Add another sprinkle of Italian seasoning.
- Carefully transfer the assembled pizza to the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the crust are crispy. Time may need adjusting depending on the type of air fryer, so keep a close eye on it to not burn the pizza.
- Once cooked, remove the pizza from the air fryer basket. Slice and serve your personal pizza!
- Repeat the process for as many pizzas as you’d like.

Recipe Tips
- Avoid overloading the pizzas with toppings, as this can make the crust soggy and prevent even cooking.
- Get creative with toppings to customize your pizzas according to your preferences.
- Make sure to evenly distribute the toppings over the pizza and press them gently into the cheese to help them adhere, to prevent the toppings from sliding off.
- Depending on the size of the air fryer basket, it may be tricky to get the pizzas in and out. Try tipping the basket sideways while using a spatula to glide the pizza out. Parchment paper can also be used to drop the pizzas into the basket.

Storage Instructions
Once the pizzas are at room temperature, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F for a few minutes until warmed through and crispy.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with a side salad, garlic breadsticks, or a bowl of soup for a complete meal.
