Cookie Monster Milkshake is a fun blue ice cream dessert with two kinds of cookies, topped with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle.

Cookie Monster Milkshake Ingredients

To make this blue milkshake, you will need the following ingredients (see the recipe card below for exact amounts):

• Oreo cookies
• Chocolate chip cookies
• Vanilla ice cream
• Milk
• Blue food coloring
• Whipped topping (optional)
• Chocolate drizzle (optional)
• Candy eyes to make cookie monster (optional)

How to Make a Cookie Milkshake

1. In a ziplock bag, crush one Oreo and one chocolate chip cookie to make a crumble topping. Set aside.
2. In a blender, combine the ice cream and blend on low until smooth. Add blue food coloring until desired shade is reached.
3. Add three Oreos and 3 chocolate chip cookies to the blender, pulse until well mixed.
4. Pour into two tall shake or drinking glasses.
5. Top the shakes with ½ cup whipped topping, 1 Tablespoon of chocolate drizzle and the crushed cookies.
6. Use the remaining cookie’s for garnish on the top. Alternatively, you can make a cookie monster face using a chocolate chip cookie and eyeballs.
