Cookie Monster Milkshake

Cookie Monster Milkshake is a fun blue ice cream dessert with two kinds of cookies, topped with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle.

Ingredients
  

  • 5 Oreo cookies
  • 5 small chocolate chip cookies
  • 3 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • blue food coloring
  • 1 cup whipped topping optional
  • 2 Tablespoons chocolate drizzle optional
  • candy eyes optional

Instructions
 

  • In a ziplock bag, crush one Oreo and one chocolate chip cookie to make a crumble topping. Set aside.
  • In a blender, combine the ice cream and blend on low until smooth.
  • Add blue food coloring until desired shade is reached.
  • Add three Oreos and 3 chocolate chip cookies to the blender, pulse until well mixed.
  • Pour into two tall shake or drinking glasses.
  • Top the shakes with ½ cup whipped topping, 1 Tablespoon of chocolate drizzle and the crushed cookies.
  • Use the remaining cookie’s for garnish on the top. Alternatively, you can make a cookie monster face using a chocolate chip cookie and eyeballs.
