Weight Watchers Pancakes Ingredients
To make this healthy pancake recipe, you will need the following ingredients (scroll down to the recipe below for precise amounts):
- Rolled oats
- Baking powder
- Blueberry Greek Nonfat Yogurt
- Vanilla extract
You will also need a blender or an immersion blender.
How to Make Weight Watchers Pancakes
- In a blender, combine oats, baking powder, yogurt, banana, egg, and vanilla extract and pulse until smooth. [Or combine in a bowl and use an immersion blender.]
- Let sit 5-10 minutes to thicken.
- Heat a lightly greased skillet over medium heat and scoop batter onto pan, topping with blueberries and cooking for 1-2 minutes on each side.
Make 5 pancakes with the batter for the pancakes to be 1 point each. If you want larger pancakes, you can make only 4 pancakes for 2 points each. Add additional fruit on top for no additional points! Enjoy!
*Please note that this recipe is for the old Smart Points system. It has not been adjusted for the new WW color system.
