WW Blueberry Pancakes are a delicious breakfast made with rolled oats and Greek yogurt. 

Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day. There is nothing like starting a fresh day out right with a delicious meal.

WW Blueberry Pancakes Ingredients

To make this WW pancake recipe, you will need the following ingredients (scroll down to the recipe below for precise amounts):

  • Rolled oats
  • Baking powder
  • Blueberry Greek Nonfat Yogurt
  • Banana
  • Egg
  • Vanilla extract
  • Blueberries

You will also need a blender or an immersion blender.

How to Make Pancakes with Oats

  1. In a blender, combine oats, baking powder, yogurt, banana, egg, and vanilla extract and pulse until smooth. [Or combine in a bowl and use an immersion blender.]
  2. Let sit 5-10 minutes to thicken.
  3. Heat a lightly greased skillet over medium heat and scoop batter onto pan, topping with blueberries and cooking for 1-2 minutes on each side.
