No need to spend time cooking the veggies, as this Bacon and Broccoli Salad is a dish best served cold. Cut up raw veggies and mix with a tasty sauce to make a side dish that everyone will be begging for!

I love to use center-cut bacon because it is not as fatty. I like to use really crispy bacon for this salad, and it helps if there is less fat on it. You still get all the bacon flavor!

Can this be made ahead of time, or any suggestions of prepping it ahead of time.

@Brittany, I would prep the sauce separate from the rest of the ingredients, and mix together an hour before serving. The sauce might separate or get watery if mixed in with the veggies too soon.
