- Water
- Cane sugar
How to Make Mint Simple Syrup
- Combine sugar, water, and three sprigs of mint in a small saucepan.
- Bring to a boil and let it simmer for two minutes and stir until sugar is completely dissolved.
- Let it cool until it reaches room temperature.
- Strain and pour into a mason jar.
Storage Instructions
Simple Syrup lasts 7 days in the refrigerator.
