How to Make Mint Simple Syrup

  1. Combine sugar, water, and three sprigs of mint in a small saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil and let it simmer for two minutes and stir until sugar is completely dissolved.
  3. Let it cool until it reaches room temperature.
  4. Strain and pour into a mason jar.
