- Milk chocolate chips
- Caramel sauce
- Heavy whipping cream
- Milk
- Rumchata
- Cocoa powder
- Vanilla Extract
- Toffee bits, whipped cream and caramel sauce for topping

How to Make Hot Chocolate in a Slow Cooker
To make Caramel Hot Chocolate with Rumchata in the slow cooker is very easy. It is as easy as set it and forget it [except for the few times you go stir it up when really you are just taking in the smells].
- Add all ingredients except toppings to a slow cooker. Whisk together.
- Cook on low for 2 hours, stirring occasionally, until chocolate chips are melted.
- Stir well before serving. Use a ladle to pour into mugs. If you want more alcohol, you can add another shot of RumChata to your drink.
- Garnish with whipped cream, caramel sauce, and toffee bits.
