Italian Steak Bake Ingredients
To make this sheet pan recipe, you will need the following ingredients (see the recipe card below for exact amounts):
- Sirloin steak
- Baby potatoes: red or gold
- Zucchini
- Italian dressing mix
- Salted butter
- Fresh parsley: for garnish
- Grated parmesan cheese: for garnish
How to Make Italian Steak Bake
- Preheat oven to 350F and spray a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray.
- Add cut steak, halved potatoes and sliced zucchini to your prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle the Italian dressing seasoning across the top of the meat and vegetables.
- Place the butter pats on top.
- Cover tightly with foil and bake in the oven for 60-70 minutes.
- Stir and bake uncovered for another 10-15 minutes, or until your steak is tender and to your liking.
- Garnish with parsley and grated parmesan.
Storage Instructions
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. You can freeze leftovers for up to 3 months.
