Instructions
In a blender, combine oats, baking powder, yogurt, banana, egg, and vanilla extract and pulse until smooth.
Let sit 5-10 minutes to thicken.
Heat a lightly greased skillet over medium heat and scoop batter onto pan, topping with blueberries and cooking for 1-2 minutes on each side.
