  • Rotini pasta
  • Marinara sauce
  • Water: you can substitute vegetable broth
  • Frozen cocktail meatballs
  • Ricotta cheese
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh basil

How to Make Dump and Bake Meatball Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 425F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. Add the uncooked pasta to the bottom of your pan.
  3. Pour the sauce and water over the noodles and gently stir to mix.
  4. Add the thawed meatballs on top of the pasta.
  5. Cover the baking dish with foil and cook in the oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the pasta is cooked through and tender. Stir the mixture.
  6. Dollop the ricotta cheese across the top of the dish and spread the shredded mozzarella evenly on top.
  7. Bake uncovered for another 5-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted through.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil and serve immediately, enjoy!

Storage Instructions

Store leftovers in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days. Leftovers can also be frozen in a ziploc bag for up to 2-3 months.
