- Fresh ground black pepper
How to Make Boursin Cheese TikTok Pasta
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Add the cherry tomatoes to a large baking dish. Place the Boursin cheese in the middle of the dish.
- Add the garlic cloves, Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes to the baking dish. Drizzle the olive oil on top. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes.
- While the Boursin and tomatoes are baking, heat a large pot of salted water on the stove top. Add the pasta and cook until al dente, following the package instructions. Drain the pasta, reserving 1/3 cup of the pasta water.
- After 30 minutes, remove the baking dish from the oven. Mash the garlic cloves with the back of a fork, and stir everything together until the Boursin and tomatoes form a thick creamy sauce. Add the reserved pasta water and stir until well combined.
- Add the hot pasta to the baking dish and stir it in until all the pasta is covered in sauce. Add the chopped fresh basil. Taste the pasta and season with additional salt and pepper, to taste.
- Top the pasta with Parmesan cheese and enjoy immediately!
Recipe Tips
- I recommend not salting this dish until the end. Boursin cheese is already quite salty, and you may not need to add any. The amount you need to add may also depend on the flavor of Boursin you use.
- Make sure your pasta is still hot when you add it to the cheese sauce. You don’t want to add cold or room temperature pasta to the sauce, as it will cause the sauce to thicken up too quickly.
- This pasta is best served immediately when the sauce is still hot and creamy. As it cools, the sauce will thicken.
