What is Weight Watchers Freestyle?
Weight Watchers Freestyle is the improved version of Weight Watchers SmartPoints. You still use the point system, but they now include over 200 zero point food items! Can you believe chicken and eggs are now zero points?! But you are probably wondering how they can be zero point foods. The idea is that these are healthy foods that you won’t overeat. Weight Watchers zero points foods have given me so much more freedom! I eat amazing foods and feel great.
I just joined Weight Watchers (again) and lost 10 pounds in one month. I’m sure if I didn’t start in the middle of the holiday season, I would have lost more! Right now you can get one month free when you join. There are two options: meetings and online. I love the meetings because they are extra motivation.
