Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F and lightly spray an 11x17 baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
Add ground beef to a medium sized skillet over medium heat and cook until browned.
Following the directions on the taco seasoning package, add the seasoning and water to the ground beef. Bring to a boil and allow to simmer for the recommended amount of time. When done, remove from heat and drain the fat.
Lay tater tots flat on a baking sheet, evenly spread.
Add black beans, tomatoes, and half of the cheese blend overtop of the tater tots.
Top with ground beef, jalapenos, black olives and the remaining cheese.
Place in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted.
When done, garnish with avocado slices, a drizzle of sour cream and freshly chopped cilantro.
