Chicken Cordon Bleu Pasta Bake is a super simple dish with all the flavors of the classic dish. Chicken, ham and swiss cheese are the stars, accompanied by a delicious, creamy sauce.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
Cook pasta to al dente, drain water, and return to pot.
While pasta cooks, in a medium saucepan melt butter over medium heat.
Add the flour and whisk for a minute.
Add the garlic and cook till fragrant, about a minute.
Pour in the milk and cream slowly while whisking.
Add the salt and pepper and whisk till the sauce thickens and starts to bubble.
Stir in 2 cups of the Swiss cheese and ¼ cup of the parmesan cheese and mix until the cheese melts.
Remove from the heat, add the sour cream and Dijon mustard and whisk again until combined.
Add the chicken and ham and stir to combine.
Pour the sauce over the pasta and mix.
Add half the pasta to a casserole dish and sprinkle with the remaining ½ cup Swiss cheese.
Pour the remaining pasta on top and top with breadcrumbs and the remaining ¼ cup parmesan cheese.
Bake for 20-30 minutes until bubbly and hot.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
