Caramel Apple Snickers Salad

Caramel Apple Snickers Salad is a classic sweet treat that is more of a dessert than a salad. Pudding and whipped topping are mixed in this candy bar apple salad drizzled with caramel.

Ingredients
  

  • 3.4 oz white chocolate instant pudding
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 8 oz whipped topping thawed
  • 6 full size Snickers candy bars chopped into bite sized pieces, reserve one bar for top
  • 2 granny smith apples chopped into bite sized pieces, reserve some pieces for the top
  • caramel drizzle
  • lemon juice optional

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the white chocolate instant pudding and cold milk until the mixture begins to thicken.
  • Stir in the whipped topping mix, snickers and apples until well combined.
  • Mix the reserve apple pieces with lemon juice for the topping.
  • Arrange the reserved apple slices, snickers and caramel drizzle on top of the salad.
  • Refrigerate about an hour before serving for best results.
