Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Add the cherry tomatoes to a large baking dish. Place the Boursin cheese in the middle of the dish.
Add the garlic cloves, Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes to the baking dish. Drizzle the olive oil on top. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes.
While the Boursin and tomatoes are baking, heat a large pot of salted water on the stove top. Add the pasta and cook until al dente, following the package instructions. Drain the pasta, reserving 1/3 cup of the pasta water.
After 30 minutes, remove the baking dish from the oven. Mash the garlic cloves with the back of a fork, and stir everything together until the Boursin and tomatoes form a thick creamy sauce. Add the reserved pasta water and stir until well combined.
Add the hot pasta to the baking dish and stir it in until all the pasta is covered in sauce. Add the chopped fresh basil. Taste the pasta and season with additional salt and pepper, to taste.
Top the pasta with Parmesan cheese and enjoy immediately!
