4th of July Rice Krispie Treats are a no bake dessert perfect for this red, white and blue holiday. Sprinkles and white chocolate decorate this star-shaped treat.

Ingredients
6Tablespoonssalted butter
10ouncebag mini marshmallows
1teaspoonpure vanilla extract
¼teaspoonfine sea salt
6cupscrispy rice cereal
2 ½Hershey’s Red, White, and Blue Cookies and Creme barschopped
1cupvanilla chocolate chips
1Tablespooncoconut oil

Instructions
Lightly butter a 9x13 inch jelly roll pan or baking sheet and set aside.
Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat.
Add in the mini marshmallows and stir to coat them in butter. Continue to stir and heat until the marshmallow are melted and smooth.
Stir in the vanilla extract and sea salt.Remove from heat and stir in the cereal.
Pour the mixture into a large mixing bowl and allow to cool for 4-5 minutes or until no longer warm to the touch. Gently fold in the chopped cookies and creme bars.
Press the mixture into prepared pan and allow to cool completely.
Use a star-shaped cookie cutter to cut the treats into stars and place them on a sheet of parchment paper or a greased cookie sheet.
In a small saucepan, add the vanilla chips and coconut oil. Heat over low heat, stirring frequently, until melted and smooth.
Drizzle the melted chocolate onto the tops of each star-shaped treat and top with sprinkles.
