Homemade Coleslaw Recipe
It is so easy to make this coleslaw recipe from scratch. The red cabbage adds a pop of color and the sugar free dressing is so creamy.

For the dressing:

yogurt

mayonnaise

Instructions
Cut the cabbage into quarters, and then cut out the core. Slice the cabbage into thin shreds with a knife.
Peel the carrots and grate with either a hand grater or a food processor. You can also buy bags of shredded carrots if you want to skip this step.
Peel and dice the onion.
In a large bowl, stir the dressing ingredients together, and add more salt and pepper if needed.
Add the cabbage to the dressing and mix thoroughly.
