Skillet Peach Cobbler Recipe
Here is a super easy peach cobbler recipe that only takes 10 minutes to prep. This twist on traditional cobbler has a cake-like consistency with juicy peaches on top.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Melt butter in skillet in oven.
While the butter melts, mix together dry ingredients.
Once your dry ingredients are mixed together, make a well in the middle and add in the milk. Mix batter slowly until smooth.
Take your cast iron pan out of the oven and carefully add in the batter.
Add the peaches on top of the batter.
Place your skillet into the oven and bake for 30 to 45 minutes, or until golden brown on the edges.
