Easy Chicken Enchiladas Recipe
These Easy Chicken Enchiladas are so cheesy and creamy. Soft tortillas are filled with a green chile, sour cream, cheese and chicken mixture, and are baked to perfection in the oven.

canned cream of chicken soup

can green chiles

sour cream
▢

cheddar cheese
shredded and divided

8 inch Flour Tortillas

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine cream of chicken soup, green chiles, and sour cream. Measure out 1 cup and set aside.
Add in chicken to mixture and stir to combine.
Divide mixture evenly and spoon inside tortillas (about ¼ cup per tortilla).
Sprinkle cheese into each tortilla before rolling it up and place it into a 9x13 casserole dish.
Evenly spread set aside sauce over the top of the tortillas and sprinkle on remaining cheese (~1 cup).
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbling.
Garnish with optional chopped cilantro and serve. Enjoy!
