Ingredients

ground beef
▢

Tablespoon
ketchup
▢

teaspoon
Dijon mustard
▢

teaspoon
Sriracha
▢

teaspoon
garlic powder
▢
½
teaspoon
salt
plus more to taste
▢
1 ½
cups
elbow macaroni
▢
2 ¼
cups
low sodium chicken broth
▢
½
cup
sour cream
▢

cups
cheddar cheese
shredded
▢
parsley
optional garnish
Instructions
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until no longer pink in the middle. Drain grease.
Add in rest of the ingredients EXCEPT for the sour cream and cheese. Bring to a boil.
Turn down heat and cover pan. Simmer for 13-15 minutes or until the macaroni is cooked to al dente.
Remove pan from heat and stir in sour cream.
Add in cheese and return pan to heat. Stir until cheese has melted.
Take off heat and garnish with parsley, optional. Enjoy!
