Instructions
Fry bacon in a pan on the oven until crispy. Remove from pan and set on paper towel to remove excess bacon grease.
Chop bacon into smaller bits.
Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
Dice the onion.
In a medium bowl, combine carrots, onion, broccoli, and sunflower seeds.
Mix mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar together and pour over salad. Mix until combined.
Add bacon and mix.
Refrigerate for 1 hour and serve cold.
