S’mores Brownies are a fudgy brownie with a chocolate chunk, marshmallow and graham cracker topping. You won't be able to eat just one!

Pillsbury chocolate fudge brownie mix

cup
vegetable oil

water

eggs

semi-sweet chocolate chunks

1 ½
cups
mini marshmallows

graham crackers
crumbled into 1 inch pieces
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray an 8x8 baking pan with non-stick spray.
Add the brownie mix, oil, water and eggs to a medium size bowl and stir to combine.
Stir in 2/3 of the chocolate chunks, then pour the batter into the pan in an even layer.
Bake for 35 minutes.
Remove the pan from the oven and sprinkle the marshmallows, graham crackers and remaining chocolate chunks on top in an even layer.
Bake for another 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out slightly wet when inserted into the center.
Let the brownies cool for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
