Easter Blondies are a sweet Easter treat with pastel M&Ms and sprinkles perfect for this spring holiday. Your family will love these after Easter dinner!
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 13x9 baking dish with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper.
Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt together in a large bowl. Set aside.
Add the butter, sugar, and brown sugar to a separate large mixing bowl and beat with a hand mixer or stand mixer.
Mix in the vanilla extract and eggs. Then gradually mix in the flour mixture, followed by the M&Ms and sprinkles.
Dollop the batter into the baking dish and spread it to the edges of the pan. Add about a handful of additional M&Ms and sprinkles to the top of the blondies and bake for 25-30 minutes in the oven.
Allow the blondies to cool for at least 30 minutes before cutting them into 12 equal squares. Serve and enjoy!
