S’mores Brownies are a fudgy brownie with a chocolate chunk, marshmallow and graham cracker topping. You won’t be able to eat just one!
You can cut these small to yield 16 brownies, or big to make 9 brownies. Personally, I enjoy a large brownie much more!
S’mores Brownies Ingredients
To make this fun brownies recipe, you will need the following ingredients (see the recipe card below for exact amounts):
- Pillsbury chocolate fudge brownie mix: You can use a homemade brownie batter or a different brand if you like. If you do, the vegetable oil, water and eggs measurements will be different or not used at all. Follow the directions of whatever brownie mix or recipe that you decide on.
- Vegetable oil
- Water
- Eggs
- Semi-sweet chocolate chunks
- Mini marshmallows
- Graham crackers
How to Make Chocolate Marshmallow Brownies
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray an 8×8 baking pan with non-stick spray.
- Add the brownie mix, oil, water and eggs to a medium size bowl and stir to combine.
- Stir in 2/3 of the chocolate chunks, then pour the batter into the pan in an even layer.
- Bake for 35 minutes.
- Remove the pan from the oven and sprinkle the marshmallows, graham crackers and remaining chocolate chunks on top in an even layer.
- Bake for another 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out slightly wet when inserted into the center.
- Let the brownies cool for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
Storage Instructions
These brownies can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days.
